Daily Schedule

7:30 - 8:00: Meditation and Pranayama
8:00 - 10:00: Morning Rocket yoga class
10:00 - 11:00: Brunch
11:00 - 16:30: Free time to relax, explore the surrounding nature and island activities. 
16:30 - 18:30: Q&A + Evening yoga flow and Tibetan bowl sound bath
19:00 - 20:30: Dinner 
20:30 - 22:00: Some nights will be open to meditation, mantras, journaling or yoganidra.

Cancellation policy

  • Full refund for any cancellation before the 15th of July 2023.

  • Cancellation before 15th August 2023, 70% of the paid amount is refunded

  • Cancelations after the 1st of September 2023 are non-refundable.

Your hosts



Qatari certificated yoga teacher RYT 500.  Fatma always had a passion for yoga. Yoga taught her that practicing is not only a matter of mastering a pose but also is a way to understand her body, focus on her breath, and feel calm.  Her love to inversions is what brought her to yoga. In 2018 she got certified as a yoga instructor, and from there the journey began.  Fatma teachers many styles of yoga including, vinyasa, yin yoga, pre & post natal and kids yoga. Her signature class is restorative and sound healing where she combines the relaxation of yoga poses with the vibration of the singing bowls.


Audrey is an RYT 700hr certified Yoga Instructor and ACE fitness personal trainer. She has taught over 5000 hours of classes. She started Hatha yoga in 1998 in the United States and has been dedicated to a daily practice - rain or shine - since 2011.  She has taught throughout Asia, the USA, Europe and is currently based in Geneva, Switzerland. She is passionate about living a life of health, quality movement and personal growth while sharing that with like-minded people. She started her journey with zero flexibility, strength and a lack of energy and confidence so she understands the struggle well.  This makes her even more motivated to empower others and show them what seems impossible now will one day be possible with consistent practice and a desire to grow and learn. 

Her classes are dynamic and authentic with the intention to leave students feeling energized, relaxed and re-aligned. She encourages students to push their limits, while also using humor - making it a point to not take it all too seriously in the end. Her flows work on building strength, flexibility, balance, along with playful arm balances and inversions. Meditation and pranayama is also a part of each class for overall well-being of mind, body and spirit.  Join her to deepen your practice and to discover all the tools you need are already within you and ready to be expressed.
