This is your monthly personalized program. It includes an initial phone consultation, a 1 hour private lesson, a customized plan to meet your goal(s) and weekly check-ins. You'll be sending me videos once a week so I can give feedback and track your progress. Programs range from: specialized flexibility training, start your handstand journey, learn to press, build a home yoga practice, or to simply increase strength and get fit. Think about a goal and I'll customize something for you based around your schedule, lifestyle and needs.

Audrey goes beyond the typical classes and really makes an effort to understand you and your body. At her yoga classes, she proposes pranayama/breathing techniques and asanas with different options, very much tailored to your niveau or energy levels. After her classes, I feel energized and calm and relaxed at the same time. There wasn't a single time that I haven't learned something new- whether that's a technique, a posture or some inspiration to reflect upon. I'm so grateful for her teachings!
Audrey is a dedicated and compassionate yoga instructor. Her classes combine achievability and challenge. I never feel like I have to go beyond my "comfortable edge" to get into a pose as Audrey offers lots of alternatives depending on where my body is on that particular day. Her technical skills in yoga are excellent. She is my favourite teacher over the last 15 years since I started my yoga practice.
I remember my first yoga class with Audrey where she put me at ease right away by having an approach that took into account my limited abilities. She showed me that yoga was not just an activity, but a way of life, a different approach to movement and a communication to one's body. Hi I'm Audrey, a Yoga Alliance RYT 300hr Instructor and ACE Fitness Personal trainer. I have dedicated my life to movement. For the last 10+ years I have been immersed in yoga, martial arts, meditation and various fitness trainings. I love understanding how the human mind and body can function optimally and in excellent health. My passion is to bring these techniques and experiences to you. We are all wonderfully unique. I believe in quality and functional movement, dependent on individual needs. My aim is to get people to move well while enjoying themselves and the process. You will become stronger, more flexible and confident in your skin. In turn this will make you feel energized on a daily basis.

We all work on ourselves for different reasons. I entered into the world of movement as a way to cope with a family heartbreak. In 2006 I lost my oldest sister to an accident. In the same instant my mother became quadriplegic from a C3 spinal chord injury. She was completely bound to a wheelchair for over a decade. Nevertheless she lead a beautiful and inspiring life. I left university and cared for her fulltime during my 20s. Those years are most special to me. I have never taken the ability to move for granted since. In my early 30s I traveled to Asia where I immersed myself into Capoeira, Yoga, Chinese culture and language. I was introduced to new challenges, which became a new set of tools. I learned the value of a disciplined practice and how to turn defeat into resilience. Believe me, I started my movement journey with ZERO strength, flexibility, confidence or coordination! This makes me even more passionate to share that what seems impossible now will be attainable for you one day.
My main goal is to EMPOWER YOU! I want you to feel inspired and motivated everyday and to rediscover that playful spark inside. I want you to love and accept yourself unconditionally while continuing to evolve. This way we all can uncover the full potential we have within our beautiful bodies and minds.
