Mon histoire
Audrey's journey is one of resilience, transformation, and a deep commitment to personal growth. Born in the US, shaped by her time in Asia, and now based in Switzerland, her life has been marked by both external and internal shifts. A self-identified "relaxed perfectionist" and "grounded idealist," Audrey has been practicing yoga since 1998, initially as a mother-daughter ritual, and over time it became her anchor. In 2006, after a tragic accident that left her mother paralyzed and took the life of her sister, Audrey’s path was forever altered. Leaving university to care for her mother, she found inspiration in her mother’s resilience as she became a working artist, teaching herself to paint with her mouth despite her paralysis. Audrey learned that pain could be the catalyst for empowerment and that mindset has the power to transform life’s challenges into opportunities for growth.

In her late 20s, Audrey moved to Shanghai with little more than $500, seeking reinvention. She worked hard, learned Mandarin, and connected with a wise elderly couple who helped her discover the power of daily practices for growth. This period culminated in a profound energetic awakening in 2012 that set her on a path of living with purpose and flow. In 2017, she moved to Switzerland, where she fully embraced yoga, conscious living, and wellness. From these experiences, Flow Co was born—a space dedicated to yoga, coaching, retreats, and community.
Audrey, a 700-hour RYT yoga instructor and ACE-certified personal trainer, draws on over 5,000 teaching hours and life lessons to guide others in their own transformative journeys. Through vulnerability and grace, she invites others to explore their true selves, always reminding them of the power of the spirit and the importance of mindset.
